These fluids are used in aircraft and missile control systems, autopilots, shock absorbers, and other hydraulic systems that require all-weather performance. They are also specified for industrial robotics, boom trucks, auto wreckers, and similar equipment where hydraulic response is critical.

Product Characteristics

Both fluids are ISO Grade 15 and dyed red for identification and leak detection purposes. The product sheet lists an acid number of 0.05 mg KOH/g and a pour point of -64°C (-83°F) for stable performance in cold environments. The sheet also notes these products should not be used in hydraulic systems with natural rubber elastomers.

Deposit Control, Cleanliness, and Engine Performance

Modern aviation engines demand oils that control:
