Castrol Brayco 795 is a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid for hydraulic systems. It is designed for aircraft and industrial use, including clutch and brake systems. The brake system is one of an aircraft's most powerful hydraulic systems and certainly one of the most sensitive. Fire-resistant hydraulic fluids are imperative for brake systems because of the overall danger of fire when brake systems overheat. 

Several high-profile incidents illustrated this risk when tires overheat and blow out, sending chunks of tire slicing through brake lines and igniting the fluid.
